More info on the German Trip

I asked a couple of questions.
First question:
Yes, there will be a road event with maps, but the all the foreign participants (Swedish, French, Spanish and English)
will be guided. So, you will not miss any aim "controlpoint".
Second question:
No, there will be no other groups and drivers on the F1 and Nordschleife during the 2.5 hours between 10.00 am and 1.30 pm,
except our participants. (1 hour normally costs 9000,-- Euros). We got it for a special price.
Third question:
All prices are included, except the hotel costs and the costs for the alcoholic beverages.
Forth question:
Yes, you can call me at any time you will. If i cannot talk to you, because of having a patient in my consulting room,
I will call you back at once.
Werner neglected to give me a phone number but I will call him and find out even more info but at present it looks like we get 3 and a half hours at the Ring with no waiting or other cars.

Can I go, Can I, Can I,
I have to admit to being tempted by this. It sounds like a very exciting few days. I am a little concerned about the deafening sound of my car over protracted periods though and although its not that I don't trust my car it does seem a long way from home if you have any problems.

Well first up Germany is probably the best place in Europe to have a problem, they sold more than any county and numbers are rumoured to be from 600-1000 pieces so there are many garages that have seen them and can fix them and supply spares, plus last trip and every trip I have made now four, they have help me/us with every minor problem to enjoy a smooth visit worst problem is a puncture but tyres seem to exist.
Total mileage there from my house (Essex Herts Border) would be 420 miles.
Noise..............yes..............cruising at 90.................no
I have asked the mods to make the WIKI sticky as its our major event this year and they have.
So far I have 8 double rooms booked and seven definates, more rooms are no problem so let me know.
And if you want to spend time driving in some of the best scenery and great roads then this is for you.
